The questions we hear most. If yours is missing, write to us; we usually reply the same day.
How far ahead should we book?
For summer weddings, ideally 6–12 months ahead. But feel free to ask at any time, even at short notice, just a week before: if the day is still free, we are there for you.
How many photos do we get, and when?
You get every photo we take: depending on the package, at least 300, 400, 500 or 800. On top of that we professionally edit your favourites; how many depends on the package. You usually have everything within 2 weeks. We edit as fast as we can, so you do not wait months for your pictures.
Do we only get the edited photos?
No, you get all the photos. The edited ones come on top: you mark your favourites in your gallery, and exactly those we also edit professionally. In the end you have both: every photo from the day and your edited favourites.
How do we share the gallery?
You get your own online gallery, just for the two of you, with a username and password, free of charge for one month. There you can view and download photos and videos and share the pictures with your family. The photos you want us to edit, you mark as favourites. Everything else runs by e-mail: we let you know when your gallery is ready, when new photos or videos are uploaded and when the editing is done.
Can we book photo and video together?
Yes, gladly. Photo and video then come from the same team and tell your day with the same eye.
Is there a female photographer at the henna night and in the bride's room?
Yes. In the women's area and the bride's room, our female photographer takes the pictures.
What if you celebrate on several days?
Then each day is its own package, whether it is the civil wedding, the engagement, a henna night, fetching the bride or the wedding. If you book several days with us, we put the packages together for you: the more you book with us, the better it is for you.
Do you travel outside Hanover?
Yes. Outside Hanover we add the travel distance and time and then agree the package price with you.
Do you shoot video as well?
Yes: a short highlight video or a full wedding video, on its own or together with the photos.
Do you post our photos on Instagram or your website?
Only with your permission. We ask you first, and without your yes not a single photo is published.
Which language do you speak with us?
German, Turkish or English, whichever suits you and your guests best.
How does payment work?
Whichever suits you: online via PayPal or bank transfer, or in cash when we come to you.
